Rental is a month rolling contract with 28 days notice by either party, and the minimum storage period is one month.

Yes, the building's roof, walls and main door are insulated, which is what matters for cardboard, paper and anything with a bit of electronics in it.

Freestanding racking is fine and in a larger unit it is usually worth it. Nothing fixed to the unit itself.

No, we do not supply that service. Access is by electronic card and the arrangements are yours to manage.
